Sunderland Comprehensive Development Plan - Hobsonville

Campbell Brown Planning has recently assisted in obtaining non-notified resource consent for an application by the Hobsonville Land Company to establish a Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) at the Hobsonville Peninsula.

Nosh Food Market Northshore

Our company has recently obtained resource consent for a new large format retail development on Constellation Drive, North Shore.  This project includes a new Nosh Food Market.  The proposal involved complex traffic and retail effects issues. We secured resource consent on a non notified basis. 

The Refreshment Room

Deanne Rogers of Campbell Brown Planning has recently obtained non-notified resource consent for The Refreshment Room, a highly regarded rustic Italian restaurant located in Waitakere.  The proposal sought to alter the existing building and to extend its hours of operation.  The proposal involved infringements to the District Plan noise standards and was located near a number of residential properties.

Hobsonville Farmers Market

Campbell Brown Planning has obtained resource consent for the operation of a Farmers Market at Hobsonville Peninsula.

The market operates up to a maximum of 20 hours per week. This includes Saturday and Sunday, plus one weekday morning session, and up to two evening sessions per week. The market hosts up to 70 stalls, with 35-40 stalls inside and up to 30-35 stalls outside.

Piha Café

Campbell Brown Planning assisted the Piha Café to gain non-notified consent to amend a number of conditions of its existing resource consent for its café operation.

Waitakere Volunteer Rural Fire Station

Campbell Brown Planning has obtained resource consent for the Waitakere Volunteer Rural Fire Force to construct a new purpose built fire station to house its operations.

Waitemata Table Tennis Stadium

We have obtained limited notified resource consent for a project to establish and use a new table tennis stadium at Parrs Park, Waitakere.  The stadium building comprises a total floor area of 1,400m2 and will accommodate up to 12 playing tables.  The building would also include ancillary facilities such as changing rooms, a lounge, kitchen, office and mezzanine spectator viewing area.  The proposal involved the consideration of a wide range of environmental issues including visual effects, noise effects, traffic effects and residential amenity.

Subdivision – Swanson Structure Plan Area

Campbell Brown Planning Limited has obtained subdivision consent on behalf of a landowner in the Swanson Structure Plan area. The Swanson Structure Plan area comprises a large catchment of rural land in the foothills of the Waitakere Ranges.

The Structure Plan is subject to a complex set of rules and requirements that must be satisfied through the subdivision consent process.
